As the widely spread of the Covid-19 pandemic all over the world has not been effectively contained, the variant of “Delta” imported has caused pandemic outbreak in many provinces across China. According to the epidemic prevention strategy of “preventing imported cases & domestic resurgence”, the first International Health Station of China built in Guangzhou will be put into use soon, which will receives international arrivals uniformly and provides isolation and medical services for them.
The isolation hotel has relatively high requirements for construction standard and quality. The total 6000 sets of prefabricated bathroom in this projects need to be supplied and installed in about 30 days, which is a huge challenge to the entire industry. In this regard, the general contractor adopted a strategy of subcontract. We were honored to undertake the supply and installation of the prefabricated bathroom of ceramics system in the A3-1/2 area.

We only had 10 days to complete the supply from receipt of confirmation notice, we were facing the challenges of limited time, hard task and high requirement of quality. Under this situation ,we opened a special production line, regardless the cost, pulled the production to the full operation. And finally, it only took us 3 days from confirmation to starting production, and successfully completed the supply at the production speed of 100 sets per day.
