To promote the green and high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in Shenzhen, and facilitate the integration of industrialization, information technology, and green practices in the construction industry, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen will hold a "Quality Month" observation and communication event on September 2, 2022. The event, which will take place online at the Banshan Harbor Garden project, will focus on the theme of "Promoting the Development of Prefabricated Buildings and Facilitating New Building Industrialization."
The Banshan Harbor Garden project is one of the first batch of prefabricated decoration pilot projects in Shenzhen. It is also the largest high-end residential project with prefabricated decoration in Shenzhen. The project covers an area of approximately 34,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 180,000 square meters. There are 8 prefabricated high-rise residential buildings with a total of 609 units, including unit types of 115 square meters, 175 square meters, and 180 square meters.
The project adopts prefabricated decoration technologies such as prefabricated partition walls and wall panels, integral bathrooms, integrated kitchens, dry construction method for floors and ceilings, and partial pipeline separation, etc. These technologies effectively address the pain points of traditional decoration. In addition, BIM technology is utilized for information coordination, and a prefabricated decoration project management system is integrated, significantly improving the quality of the project, simplifying the construction process, shortening the construction period, while also being more energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and low-carbon.
