No requirements actually, slim slabs or thick slabs are available.

Is there any requirement on selection of the finishing materials?
Ceramics tiles, large slabs, slim slabs, slate, marble, mosaic, SPC boards, etc., can be applied as the finishing materials on wall panel and the base.

Is there any selection limit of floor drain?
There is no selection limit of floor drain, any types of floor drain on the markets can be applied. However, our dedicated floor drain for the prefab bathroom is recommended.

How to splice the bases? How to guarantee the waterproof performance of splicing base?
As usual, the whole base would be divided into dry area and wet area , which are spliced together with the water blocking stone. Multiple waterproof effect can be performed well at the splicing place, by reverse side of the base + structural adhesive + waterproof tape + polyurethane foam + U shaped water blocking stone.

What to do if the design of a bathroom exceeds the maximum size of a single base?
We can do splicing base.

Would any tiling problem happen like hollowing or slipping off , with your production process？
With our production process, there is no tilling problems like hollowing or slipping off, because we adopt the process of closed mold casting. During the foaming process, the polyurethane automatically expand and fulfill every gap and corner in the mold cavity to ensure the airtight combination of polyurethane and ceramics tiles, therefor, no hollowing would exist.
We have had our products tested by the authoritative organization, according to the test report, the tensile strength of our wall panel made of polyurethane & ceramics composition can reach up to 1.5 MPa, far exceeding the national standard of 0.6 MPa, so no slipping off would happen.

Can marble be used on wall panel or the base?
Yes, both the wall panel and the base can be made of composite of polyurethane and marble.

At present, what kinds of material systems of prefab bathrooms are prevailing on the market? And what kinds of material system does your company have?
At present, there are 3 kinds of material systems on the market, which are composite of polyurethane & ceramics, color steel plate and SMC material. And now we are producing all of the above 3 kinds.

What’s the thickness of the base & wall panel?
Under normal condition, there is slope on the base, the thickest part is 60mm, and the thinnest part is 40mm. While under customers’ demands, we can ultimately make the thickest part 50mm & thinnest part 30mm.

What’s the weight of ceiling panel , base & wall panel?
The base with common porcelain tiles is about 30 kg/m2, wall panel with common porcelain tiles is about 22kg/m2, and the weight of aluminum honeycomb ceiling panel is about 3kg/m2. (Based on 10 mm thick porcelain tiles, the options of slim tiles will be lighter accordingly)
